Züblin decides for PiSA sales CRM in the cloud

Stuttgart-based Ed. Züblin AG, a subsidiary of the worldwide operating technology corporation for construction services STRABAG, has decided for the implementation of the PiSA sales CRM as cloud solution. of the CRM introduction is a more efficient collaboration a central and uniform view on customer data and properties.

Founded by Swiss engineer Eduard Züblin in 1898, the Ed. Züblin AG is one of the leading German construction companies today. 14.000 Züblin employees generate an annual construction work worth more than 3 billion euros in the civil engineering sector.



The decision for choosing PiSA sales at Züblin was made besides the modern and clear user interface primarily because of the high flexibility and minor need for adjustment of the software. PiSA sales contains even in the standard version a specifically dedicated CRM solution for the building and building supplies industry. Building on this branch template Züblin will soon be able to realize a central 360° perspective on e.g. all contacts, addresses, activities, documents, construction projects and properties.

Of course, all employees will have access to the property template and all other CRM data via smartphone and tablet. The resulting common knowledge base in connection with the integrated chat collaboration platform in the PiSA sales CRM will allow an even more efficient cooperation at Züblin.
