TYNACOON.de – A virtual enterprise reports practice-oriented on selection, introduction and use of its CRM software
The Berlin-based CRM specialist PiSA sales goes online with the interactive CRM information portal TYNACOON.de. This new service informs visitors in detail about the selection, introduction and operation of a CRM software solution in a medium-sized company.
The interactive CRM user report – TYNACOON.de – opens its doors for the first time to the general public. “The portal offers a wealth of information and will be expanded with additional content in the near future. Today, however, we are very curious to see how our new information offering will be accepted by users,” says Dirk Kosellek, Marketing Manager at PiSA sales GmbH in Berlin.
The aim of the new Internet portal is to use the concrete example of a virtual company to make the selection, introduction and operation of a CRM software solution understandable from a practical point of view. For example, visitors can interview the company’s management in an interactive interview and use a comprehensive library of CRM information material, checklists and screencasts.
An attached glossary explains CRM technical terms and thus helps interested parties to find their way better in the IT technical language. The new information offering is aimed, among other things, at managers and specialists who would like to introduce a CRM software solution in their company – but also at students who deal with the subject of CRM as part of their studies.
