The PiSA sales Usermeeting 2014
On May 15 and 16 the third PiSA sales Usermeeting was held in Berlin. Our customers and partners took advantage of one and a half days to exchange experiences and to visit CRM specialisit lectures.
This year’s topics included the multiple location usage from an international perspective, the useful expansion of existing applications, the CRM use in marketing, sales and service and insights into recent and upcoming developments.
25 years PiSA sales
At the same we celebrated our 25th anniversary of the company. We would like to thank all participiants for the excellent discussions and the cordial atmosphere that make our usermeetings so unique.

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Martin Eigner
Prof. Dr. Martin Eigner holds the Chair of Virtual Product Development at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern. Since 2001 Prof. Dr. Eigner is managing director of the consulting firm ENGINEERING CONSULT. In addition to his professional and academic activities he is voluntarily engaged in advisory boards of various trade associations. Prof. Dr. Eigner is author and co-author of books and several papers on virtual product development and multi-disciplinary process design.
Wolfgang Schwetz has specialized as corporate consultant on customer relationship management in 1989. Schwetz Consulting is among the leading manufacturer-neutral CRM experts in the German-speaking area for many years. In addition to his consulting activities Wolfgang Schwetz is author and publisher of many CRM specialist publications.
He owns excellent professional knowledge in the CRM software market and publishes annually the “CRM-Marktspiegel” since 1992. Moreover he operates the online portal crmforum.de and is member of the CRM expert panel of crm-expert-site.de.
Prof. Dr. Peter Winkelmann
Prof. Dr. Peter Winkelmann teaches marketing and sales, in particular sales management at the University of Applied Sciences Landshut. There he is in charge of the Master Course Market-oriented Management. He is specialized on connecting sales and marketing with modern IT systems. He accompanied the development of CRM in Germany from the beginning. Since 1999 Prof. Dr. Winkelmann advises companies in the fields of sales optimization and CRM.
Frank Zühlke holds a degree in business administration and is a founding member of the affinis consulting GmbH. Since almost 20 years he lives CRM. In many customer situations he has analyzed, designed and optimized CRM processes in the fields of sales, service and marketing. As a consultant today he is responsible for ambitious CRM and BI projects at affinis consulting and works together with companies on optimizing their customer relationship management. As a long-time partner affinis owns excellent PiSA sales know-how.
