Supfina Grieshaber relies on the PiSA sales CRM
Supfina Grieshaber GmbH & Co. KG, a global provider of solutions and systems in the field of surface finishing, will introduce PiSA sales’ CRM software for mapping its customer-related business processes in sales, marketing and service.
As a leading manufacturer of modern solutions and systems for mechanical and plant engineering, automation, robotics and services, Supfina inspires customers all over the world. Over 200 employees at locations in Germany, the USA and China develop and manufacture state-of-the-art, flexible processing solutions for their partners.
The introduction of the CRM software from PiSA sales will bring numerous improvements in the management of the complex daily business in sales, marketing and service of the solution provider. The departments benefit not only from a networked 360° view of all customers, prospects, projects and processes, but also from a uniform knowledge base and faster access to information when responding to inquiries. Functions for the efficient preparation of quotations or for holding trade fairs, including budget control, also make their contribution in terms of transparency and time savings.
To ensure smooth data exchange, the ERP from Infor used at Supfina Grieshaber and the IT suite ASSIST4 from AEB, which serves to automate and standardize all processes in foreign trade and logistics, are connected to the PiSA sales CRM. In addition to the users at the Wolfach location, employees from the USA and China will also work with the system. In addition, in a later project phase it is planned that the service field service will record its activities completely paperless via the tablet app of PiSA sales CRM.
The aim is to provide customers with even more direct contact and to further optimize services in the pre- and after-sales area.
