REpower selects CRM from PiSA sales
REpower Systems AG, Hamburg, chooses the CRM solution PiSA sales professional to support its worldwide sales activities. The first step comprises the use at all company locations in Germany as well as integration into the existing SAP system. In the medium term, all company locations worldwide are to work with PiSA sales CRM.
PiSA sales is used in the areas of sales, project management and controlling. According to Repower project manager Katharina Graff, PiSA sales is to be established as the second strategic business application alongside SAP.
Decisive criteria for the selection of PiSA sales were:
- The mapping of the project-oriented sales process as well as the provision of a central project file with all quotations, orders, activities, correspondence, documents, etc., are the main tasks of the project management.
The provision of a product database including parts lists, a calculation module, a multilingual quotation creation tool and an optional product configurator.
In the second project step, system usage by a total of 100 users and the introduction of a system configuration module are planned. REpower Systems AG is one of the leading manufacturers of wind turbines. In addition to the development, production and sale of technologically sophisticated and reliable wind turbines, REpower offers intelligent and professional services such as comprehensive maintenance and service packages. The activities of this innovative and dynamic industry require effective support in global customer relationship management.
