PiSA sales – Products & Innovations at HMI 2010
PiSA sales GmbH, provider of the CRM suite of the same name, realizes a fully automatic synchronization between PiSA sales CRM and the groupware of Microsoft Outlook/Exchange or Lotus Notes with the PiSA sales / Groupware Connector.
PiSA sales users from sales, marketing and service can now, for example, organize appointments including connected contacts, notes or file attachments either in CRM or in MS Outlook/Exchange or Lotus Notes without having to manually transfer appointment data to the other application. Thus the new Connector complements the already existing interactive, bidirectional Groupwarekopplung to the two systems optimally.
While the PiSA sales Connector ensures that the data in both systems is up-to-date, the graphical group calendar in PiSA sales clearly displays all synchronized appointments and other activities. PiSA sales users thus benefit from a time-saving, inconspicuous and at the same time effective and bidirectional coupling to MS Microsoft Outlook/Exchange or Lotus Notes which makes manual synchronization and double data maintenance superfluous.
