PFLITSCH decides for CRM solution by PiSA sales

The PFLITSCH GmbH & Co. KG with headquarter in Hückeswagen, North Rhine-Westphalia, is implementing the PiSA sales CRM software. The manufacturer of industrial cable glands and cable ducts will manage its marketing, sales and service processes with the PiSA sales CRM.

PFLITSCH, a family-owned company founded in 1919, develops and produces cable glands and cable routeing systems used internationally in demanding branches such as the railway industry, mechanical engineering and plant construction, the chemical industry, telecommunication, robotics and automation, energy technology as well as the electrical industry. Besides the production, PFLITSCH offers its customers a complete range of services from CAD design to finished component assemblies. The company also has its own test laboratory for inspecting new and modified products concerning strain relief, tightness and ageing. Today, approximately 285 employees work for PFLITSCH in Hückeswagen.

The introduction of the PiSA sales CRM is playing a key role regarding the sales process at PFLITSCH. Using the PiSA sales CRM will enable an optimized customer service. Moreover, the integration of the data provider Echobot into the PiSA sales CRM will simplify researching correct company data and contact persons. With a single click of a button up-to-date and valid contact data can be imported directly into the PiSA sales CRM. On the interface side, integrations to the ERP by abas and the document management system by HABEL will also go live.

The marketing team at PFLITSCH will manage the preparation and follow-up of trade fairs with the help of the CRM solution by PiSA sales. The interface to Inxmail will be used for professional email marketing including response data measurement.
