PARAT uses the PiSA sales CRM
The PARAT GmbH & Co. KG with corporate headquarters in Neureichenau, Germany, will use the PiSA sales CRM in the fields of marketing and sales.
PARAT develops and produces a wide portfolio in the four segments of tool and IT cases, security lamps, plastic system components as well as exclusive automotive accessories. The company employs today around 700 staff members in Europe-wide locations in Germany, Austria, Hungary and Romania and is technology leader in the field of composites due to its expertise in plastics.
Focus of the CRM implementation is the strengthening of customer relationships and the increase of customer satisfaction in the sector of storage and transport solutions and organizing systems for service tools (cases) as well as in the sector of certified industrial lamps including accessories (lights). On the technical side, PARAT will couple the ERP software PSIpenta with the PiSA sales CRM.
