New: The PiSA sales questionnaire module!
PiSA sales CRM version 6.2 will be equipped with a new and unique feature on the market – the PiSA sales questionnaire module.
With the help of the questionnaire module, users can easily and without programming knowledge specify structured questionnaires tailor-made, generate them and make them available for various use cases. Typical use cases are visit reports in sales, trade fair reports in marketing, telephone guidelines or customer satisfaction analyses. The questionnaires are available for fast entry of information by internal employees or for publication via the web. The answers are personalized contextually or, if desired, stored anonymously in the CRM database and are therefore available for comprehensive evaluations.
Once a questionnaire has been entered, the answers are stored on the questionnaire and on the respective object at which it was called or processed (appointment, telephone call, etc.). Evaluations of the collected data are carried out using the comprehensive reporting and analysis options in PiSA sales CRM. Thanks to the flexible evaluation options, various analytical interests can be served.
Create questionnaires easily
On the basis of existing template modules, the user can individually adapt the appearance of a questionnaire. Questions and answer options are defined at the push of a button. Various options can even make navigation within the questionnaire dependent on how the questions are answered.
Trigger processes automatically
Certain answers can automatically trigger follow-up actions. This allows resubmissions, tasks and notifications to be generated for specific people or teams. This enables the system, for example, to automatically initiate the creation of quotations after a customer visit or to inform the service manager of a critical satisfaction scenario.
