Halbmond Teppichwerke introduce property-related CRM solution by PiSA sales
The Halbmond Teppichwerke GmbH with headquarter in Oelsnitz, Vogtland implements a CRM solution by PiSA sales specifically dedicated to the property-related contract business. The sales office team and field staff of the medium-sized carpet manufacturer will benefit from a 360° view on properties and a central shared knowledge base.
Founded in 1880, the traditional company Halbmond produces individual carpets in the hotel sector. References include the furnishing of diverse hotels with 80.000 square meters of carpet on the occasion of the Winter Olympics in Sotchi in 2014 as well as the production of carpets for the sets of the film “Grand Hotel Budapest”, winner of four Oscars (one in the category “Production Design” amongst others) in 2015. Halbmond employs approximately 180 people, more than half of the earned revenue of 30 million Euros is generated by exports of carpet materials in around 40 countries.
The PiSA sales CRM supports the sales team members of Halbmond with a special property template enabling the central data collection and monitoring of potential properties to be furnished with carpets. The system provides a clear overview of all properties including linked information and transparent management of relations of all kind of involved actors such as contractor, planner, interior designer, or competitor directly at the property. At the same time, the risk of multiple editing of the same property is eliminated by powerful doublet checking integrated in the CRM system.
Due to a sophisticated access definition all the way to the fields-and-functions level only involved employees are able to have access to the concerning properties. Moreover, Halbmond will couple the PiSA sales CRM with the Microsoft Exchange Server for automatic bidirectional synchronization of emails and appointments.
