CRM apps by PiSA sales receive CASSIOPEIA award

The PiSA sales GmbH is winner of the CASSIOPEIA award – presented for the first time at the CeBIT 2017 – in the category Mobility. The outstanding user experience as well as the comprehensive scope of features of the PiSA sales CRM apps for smartphones and tablets have impressed the expert jury.

Main initiator of the CASSIOPEIA award is Georg Blum, Managing Director of the 1A Relations GmbH that belongs since 15 years to one of the most experienced non-proprietary technology-consulting firms. Background to the offering of a dedicated premium award for applications used in the sectors CRM, marketing, sales and service is according to Blum the increasingly complex technology landscape, which in the meantime consists of more than 5.000 solutions in 50 categories. Thus, the award is supposed to provide users an important market overview of outstanding software providers, whose products consequently make the daily tasks of the users easier as well as enable best possible customer management.

The expert jury made up of representatives from B2C and B2B user companies, neutral consulting firms, universities, associations and economic policy selected the CRM apps by PiSA sales as winner in the category Mobility. An optimal user experience is among others assured by a responsive and an intuitive to use interface in modern flat design, clean masks with large icons, an innovative app-in-app concept as well as a useful chat collaboration tool for even closer cooperation in the teams.

At the CeBIT 2017 Christian Adamek, Marketing Manager at the PiSA sals GmbH, accepted the CASSIOPEIA award on behalf of the whole team. The CRM apps by PiSA sales were voted into 1st place by the expert jury in the category Mobility. The solution by CAS was second, followed by Sage on the third place.

The jurors were also convinced by the scope of features of the CRM apps by PiSA sales, which is going far beyond that of conventional systems for customer relationship management. That way, users in the departments marketing, sales and service can do all their work on the go via smartphones or tablets.
