Big Dutchman decides to use the PiSA sales CRM
The Big Dutchman AG with headquarter in Vechta-Calveslage in Lower Saxony is the world market leader for feeding systems and housing equipment for the modern pig and poultry farming. From now on the PiSA sales CRM will support the customer-related processes in sales and service.
As a family-owned company, Big Dutchman employs approx. 2.600 people worldwide and is represented in more than 100 countries across five continents. Organic farmers as well as conventional farms belong to the company’s clients. The product range includes amongst other things innovative and resource-saving control systems for the house climate, the illumination, the exhaust air treatment as well as the waste recycling.
Focus of the CRM project is the 360° view of the customer. With just a few clicks and without media discontinuities all Big Dutchman employees in contact with customers will be able to use the same data source. With the planned management of the customer relations in the system decisions can now be made based on facts. Moreover, the teams will be able to respond faster and more specified to customer requests to increase customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in the long term.
With the initial implementation of the CRM strategy, approx. 150 users in Germany and Spain will start using the PiSA sales CRM, 100 of them working with mobile CRM including offline availability of the CRM data. Due to their high flexibility and adaptability, all PiSA sales applications will be integrated deeply in the already existing IT system environment. The software solution camos which is used to generate quotes and configure products as well as the Microsoft Exchange Server for the automatic synchronization of appointments will be connected with PiSA sales. Moreover Big Dutchman will couple the own brand in-house ERP solution with PiSA sales.
