Beuth Verlag uses CRM cloud solution by PiSA sales
The Beuth Verlag GmbH with headquarter in Berlin has decided to implement the cloud solution of the PiSA sales CRM. Besides classic CRM components such as contact and activity management, PiSA sales will support the sales team at Beuth in the areas of lead management, quotes and orders.
Founded in 1924, the Beuth Verlag – a subsidiary of DIN (the German Institute of Standardization) – offers access to German, European and international standards as well as technical regulations and develops expert commentary literature in all for professionals working in industry, science, trade, service, academic organizations and craft. Today, the publisher belongs to the 20 largest specialist publishers in Germany, employs 170 people and generates revenues of more than 60 million Euros.
Focus of the introduction of the CRM solution by PiSA sales is the support of the multi-level sale of the standards management software internally developed by Beuth. Customers can manage their own stock of standards with that tool. For example, web inquiries in lead management are directly handled by the PiSA sales Questionnaire Module, automatically saved as lead in the CRM and automated follow-up processes are activated. The possibilities of flexible quote generation for complex products as well as diverse analytical features in PiSA sales are suited very well for all the sales processes at Beuth.
The major part of the users at Beuth will work via Internet browser with the cloud solution of the PiSA sales CRM in an intuitive to use web client. The SaaS solution by PiSA sales meets the highest of standards in security by hosting the CRM data in a high-security data center located in Germany.
